What are these unusual Women's Tops called?

Im ater "good" name of the women's tops unusual sleeves? They are where the sleeves are really long and has a hole at the tip of your thumb? Anybody know?

There is no name for them, they are known as simple blouses, jackets, or sweaters with thumb holes, or sometimes referred to as cuffs with thumb holes .. a clothing store will know exactly what you mean.
