Your name COOKBOOKS VINTAGE TOP 3 and what would you have in your library cookbook?

After collecting cookbooks since decades, I discovered that the vintage "from scratch" recipe cookbooks are the best. Betty Crocker, Pillsbury, Fannie Farmer, McCalls, Better Homes and Gardens ….. what makes these commodities to the kitchen and why not Today's cookbooks as good?

I have a series Betty Crocker that belonged to my grandmother. It has the best recipes! People used to eat stuff is amazing. I still use when I'm looking for something different and decadent.
