will be wearing a hat make my hair grow slower?

im a guy and a Buzzcut i want to grow my hair in a ponytail. How long will this take and wearing a hat when he drives to make my hair grow slower? unhealthy?

I would not say not necessarily that grows slower, but it will not help. Your scalp needs to "breathe" and wearing a hat will also cause breakage your hair. I would say the best thing for you is to keep your hair clean and trimmed regularly. Hair grows an average of about 6 inches per year, so we're going to have to be patient. Good luck!
