Bernina Bobbins

When I use my Bernina 1008 in Zig Zag mode the thread snaps, any ideas?
I have tried new needle, bobbin case, bobbin, tensions……I cant figure it out
Somewhere in the tension? Are you sure it is thread right? Check the manual.
