How do I get rid of my really really bad phobia of needles?
I have a phobia of needles really hurt to the point that I avoid snack of the Dominican Republic, he requested a blood test and start getting panicy even think about needles. Help please!
Here is a trick that works for many phobias. It is surprisingly effective. I used to help me manage my claustrophobia. Do this exercise when you can find some quiet moments without interruption. Imagine that you have if you are afraid … in your case, receive a vaccine or blood after fired. Try to make the vision more vivid and real as possible. Put yourself in full. Play your "film" at the end, then reverse the film and play again at the beginning. The Next Step: You're sitting in a big theater. Watch the screen and watch your movie, but this time you are watch yourself on screen, not really in it. Again play the film at the end, then it reverses. Now make the film in black and white. Play Through this and reverse the trend. Then you're in the projection room. View as accurately as possible. See where the film is on a roll and projecting into the theater below. Impress yourself on how the film is fragile is your fear. Play the movie through this perspective and the reverse. That's all he to do. Do this for a few days before to see the doctor. I know it sounds too simple to work, but it certainly did not for me. I had have an MRI, which forced me to go head first into a machine claustrophic wide. I feared death until I read about this exercise. I sailed through the test without problem.
