Women Entrepreneurs – Doing business in a feminine way
Supporting women entrepreneurs is my passion. It is in this spirit that I wrote this article for women entrepreneurs Women / Only if I could focus and celebrate the feminine way of doing business. I am impatient to share with you the communities that support doing business in a feminine way.
This is a important subject since women are starting new businesses at nearly 3 times the rate of men. Currently there are 11 million women-owned businesses in the United States. What motivates women to start their own business? According to a survey by Ladies Who Launch, women start a new business for the following reasons:
- To have more freedom and control over their schedules and lives.
- To indulge in their passion and their dreams.
- Generate income and money by doing what they love.
The specific patterns are unique to each woman, however, they reflect a trend. Women want their business to fit into the rest of their priorities and values in life.
The female approach launching a business
Women generally rely on a more intuitive way to build their business. To begin, women need to feel the juices flowing to create and then have the freedom to act on their ideas. Most women you have no difficulty in admitting they do not know how and ask you direction. Their businesses benefit accordingly.
Whatever stage is their business, entrepreneurship Women are always looking for:
- Women's Inspiration – be inspired when they see and learn from other women who have great ideas, a broader, more creative perspective and who are already achieving the kind of life they see for themselves. Learn from others successful entrepreneurs gives women a sense of who's who in business and if she can do I can do it!
- Resources – Women want training and coaching business experts on business strategies most recent. They also want advice on how to create balance and a life of high personal quality.
- Community – Women want to find one community awareness of women a daily dose of wisdom, support and guidance.
Women need an opportunity obtain additional inspiration, resources and sense of community need. Some years ago I began hosting a monthly "Great Women's Gathering" in my house. These few hours of joy to share unstructured, are extremely valuable for all participants. It gives us a chance to connect, meet and learn from each other in an entirely favorable. Consider starting your own group as a means to women in your community.
