advice on the trial counsel advice?
Having said Guy lived with supported 4 years to get a job he got nasty I told him that if he didn't want to leave he did. week later me.never contacted said he moved in with a girl. He came over and told me he wanted to come home ect I once called the # he lived female responded. has been informed by friends in Live block he lived with this female.I was upset and things said by the two I was angry because most were good and had real reasons to take him court (too detailed), he knew so conteract been made to the police claiming I threatened him and her, and harassing asking ect.officer called me to come to station i never said I was his arrest and said photo prints to be sure I was the same person who appeared. No family court that it was criminal the court heard the serious charges. He did not move back home tried to drop charges that he cannot drop was given OOP.What do I together.System we live is screwed up. I am the mother of 4 2 non-criminal GC This is not normal
he cannot drop the charges now, then when you go to court, have the judge said he wants to dismiss the case and drop all charges pending against you. being arrested is protocol and is not same as being convicted of the crime and I also have some suggestions for both of you, your relationship is not healthy.
