not brush dotted Foundation acsentuate baby facial hair?
I know that using a brush to apply dots foundation U need to move in a circular motion. Will make the hair on my face stand out more? or will it push them down? Can I ask First a thin layer of foundation in a circular motion, then in a downward motion neighborhoods?
The brush is not really much of an effect, but if anything, is probably the foundation itself, which emphasizes small hairs. If you put your basic light enough, you should be fine. Although luck!
