Little Girls

What do you call the duvet with girls in dresses or boys fishing on it?
I have a quilt with small boys carrying poles on him and my sister has one with girls in dresses. I have seen many of these around and I want to make one. Do we know one name for these duvets, or how to do?
Sunbonnet Sue is the girl. I heard the boy as the entire bill and the whole idea Sat children is that by changing the pose of the clothing and faceless, you can change the activity of the girl or boy. I've seen posed for stroke (arms, feet in a race position), bending, lifting eyes, you name it! Children are always cherished.
