Jelly Roll

Can anybody recommend a jelly roll pan that will not warp?
It would be good if you know this from personal experience as opposed to items advertised as “won’t warp” since most of those ads are lies. Thanks.
I’d recommend an restaurant quality aluminum pan….Wilton makes sturdy aluminum baking pans. You can find them at Hobby Lobby.
I have had mine for 25 years, and it still looks great.
