Janome Memory
I have a Janome Memory Craft. Why is my son Breaking much? Also, my bobbin rattles and grinds?.

I have problems with tangles in the bobbin case. The bobbin case does not hold up as I think it should. I mainly work with cloths and some markers. I make baby blankets and felt puppets for the hospital. I am also much appliques to put on the blankets. I continue to feed the dogs and clean the hook race. I change the needle often. I am sewing for over 25 years. I'd be really grateful if someone could give me some advice. thank you for taking the time to read this.

I start with a good cleaning and examination instructions threading, such as jam wire are often caused by thread with the presser foot down (it should be made to open the records of tension) and / or does not hold the thread ends at startup. Son are often broken due to misthreading needle improperly set, have not fully leverage when does embroidery, burrs on the way wire coil winding bobbin of poor or incorrect type, or wire shabby. As you probably know, a higher voltage should be about 4 (range normal 3-5) for most stitches, most tissues. If you need to go systematically beyond the range 3-5 for normal tissues as cotton shirts, it is probably time for a trip to the Sewing Machine doc.
