Foot Blister – 6 tips to help prevent blisters on your feet
Blisters on feet can be both unsightly and painful and are unfortunately common in Today `s active society. All of us at some point in our lives have had a foot blister. They are caused by a number of factors, friction, heat and swelling and the following tips will help prevent their occurrence.
· Buy well-fitting shoes – that's true to prevent a series of foot problems. Ideally, they should not rub anywhere even from the beginning. If necessary, add insoles or heel cushions for added protection and comfort.
