Acid alkaline foods are very convenient to maintain the proper balance your body. It keeps our indoor field to go haywire and make us sick. Acidity is the main problem of the organization when question is unbalanced. If one takes a lot of acidic foods in our body, our internal structure will respond to them, making us sick. Only alkaline acid foods can help restore balance to our body. Alkaline foods will help restore the balance that acidity forged.

Not long ago I was 31 years. I never thought that I can be as unhealthy as I was only 31. But I realized that I'm so bad I can not walk more work without feeling tired. My fatigue has progressed into a general feeling disease. Plus I also experienced symptoms of illness that I never had before. This really bothered my performance at home and office.

I asked my doctor what I should do. He gave me vitamins and minerals and added that I should consult a good alkaline food program to help me get back on my feet. I tried multivitamins for a week and it makes me no good. I even tried to exercise and diet, but the crash diet that I did and the crash exercise served nothing. I felt even more tired and sick. Much more than before.

Let me tell you some of the steps I took to make me healthy again.

After I left at once, I felt a surge of energy in my body. I felt healthier and I was immediately able to walk to my office without fatigue.

2. I eat fruits and vegetables. I tried to force myself to eat fruits and vegetables because I was not really a fan that I am a meat eater. Surprisingly, I been able to enjoy this type of diet. Not only do fruits and vegetables give me the vitamins and minerals naturally, I felt also cleaned of toxins.

3. I also tried to alkalize my water by putting lemon or lime. Alkalinized water me allowed to lose some weight while maintaining the pH balance of my body internally.
