Embroidery Choices

Selecting an embroidery thread can be complicated, there are a lot of fiber and different weights to choose from. We will try to help you make this decision a little easier.

Your first choice to be the fiber that you will use. Each fiber has its advantages and disadvantages, so you may need to experiment to find the perfect choice of fiber. You have to consider the density of wire and equipment you embroider, and what kind of wire works best in your Embroidery Machine. Sometimes the least obvious choice over the best results, do not have afraid to try something different.

Rayon Embroidery Thread

Rayon thread is the most popular fiber used for embroidery. Radius combines sustainable high glossiness, good profitability in virtually all machine embroidery, and low cost. Rayon thread works so well in as many machines as chances are high that you'll love the smooth results it creates. The most common size of rayon embroidery thread is 40 weight, although 30 weight is also available. Silk Embroidery
