are points of ballet shoes supposed to happen?

I just received my shoes today tip, and when I walk in heels slip out of the shoe. is that after the stop and the elastic band sewn on? they have also done very poorly. I'll probably get used like this, right?

When your ribbons and elastic on the foot should not slide off your shoes. Sew your elastic farther toward the heel if you think that the heel slips will be a problem. Pointe shoes hurt. Period. The more you wear the less they will hurt you. Your feet will get used to them and your shoes soften. Do not wear your pointe shoes at home without the permission of a teacher. Not only can you hurt yourself, but it can be considered disrespectful. If you do to break your shoes and your teacher says it's ok that walk in your feet flat on the tip or half. Never place at Pointe complete without your teacher approval. You'll only break her ankle.
