Dress Shorts
What do you call a dress with a series of shorts built in?

My mother wants a dress with a series of short films built in. I know that the built-in shorts skirts are called "Skorts" but is there a special name for a dress with built in shorts?

I call it cheating! Who takes all the fun of windy days!
