Encourage exercise children with toys Pedal

Back in the 50's and 60's, before the advent of the computer and video games, children spent their days playing outside in the fresh air. We had no cell vehicles Big Wheels, and our only source of mobilization has been our legs plus some good old pedal toys. The bikes and pedal cars and tricycles were all rounded corners of almost all the blocks in the United States good old days.

The great thing about the old classic pedal toys was that they had need some work to make them move. No push button starter on these things. Any kid with a toy pedal actually exercising while they play. Who would have thought that these tricycles old king of the sky and the comet pedal cars were so good to us.

Obesity in children was not a problem during these periods because the children were extremely active and not sitting inside watching the tube or playing on their computers. Today, most kids let themselves get is finger and hand exercise with their keyboards and controllers game stations.

Obesity infant up and statistics show that over 25% of children today are overweight. It is a staggering statistic. The solution? Bring the children outside of the exercise. Take away their cars motorized children and put them back on good old human-powered pedal toys. Any amount of exercise is better than no exercise at all! In addition to all the great exercise and fresh air to your children will all ride further on these ride on toys, they will be forced to use their imagination.

The future of our children is in the hands of us parents. With our help, we can begin to help fight against childhood obesity. Parents need to unite against the syndrome "couch potato" and that our Children are back outside to play and exercise.
