i cannot get the bobbin back at my Singer Sewing Machine inspiration with a secure fit bobbin.help!?

I left it a while ago and couldnt get it back in.i was going to look in the manual to fix it, but now I need to use it today and cannot find the manual.it come ot so easily i just dont understand why he was wont go back.it weeks I took it out and cannot even remember why now.its me crazy, someone please help! I didn't know I looked for online help that bit ase bobbin one.it which is apparently a "secure fit" think any other macine them.cheers. It is not the type with a metal case wioth the lever it is a plastic housing that is tion not to leave the machine in general, I think I took it out because he had wire around it.it is only a drop in type.they seem to be specific to this machine. holder adjustment course, is that specific I mean that that's down, I know that loads machines have them.
