Bernette 430 Sewing Machine Bobbin?

I use my grandmothers old Bernette 430 sewing machine, but I can not understand how to get the bobbin thread through to the top. I tried everything, and I looked on the internet and i can only manual get free does not say how. Every Time I try to do, I end up having the twisted wire around all the bobbin. someone may help me please?

The can is inserted so that winds the wire clockwise? Is this the end of the wire bobbin inserted in the slot / Groove of the bobbin? If so, keep the lid can. and pull a few inches of wire out. Lift the presser foot and raise the needle to the highest position. Pull a few inches from the top wire and out while also holding that a vague thread with your left hand, manually turn the hand wheel toward you so the needle goes down into the bobbin area and catches the bobbin thread. Pull that completely outward Put the lid on and you should be ready to go. If not, google 'bobbin threading instructions and see what comes up on these sites.
