I try to find a roll of something, but I do not know what it's called, or the brand … could you help?

I seen as a big roll of plastic film as the (possibly About 5ish feet long) and one side is on T-shirt while the other is self-adhesive. I saw someone use it to press down, then cut the fabric into shape, peel off the support, and stick to another piece of fabric as stickers or appliques. Any idea on what could be the name or mark it? In passing, it is clear, not white and it is not supported for embroidery. thank you for any help!
