How to replace the needle in a Sewing Machine Janome correctly?

I tried to replace the needle in my machine sewing, the presser foot and then left … after trying to replace it, I realized that the sewing machine stopped working … when I try something sewing, the needle has struck against the presser foot and get stuck … wondering what I can do what I lost my manual …
